Optimize your color table
Palette Express is a useful tool for multimedia and Web developers, programmers, digital artists, or anyone who works with graphics. It will scan a series of images and reduce them to a common palette of colors, either optimized or selected. This keeps images from looking strange (the unsightly 'palette shift') when several are on screen at the same time. The program also does batch format conversions. Palette Express comes with many of the common video and Web browser palettes, so you can reduce your images to match the most popular color tables. This shareware version is fully functional, but it will process only five files at once and supports only .bmp and .gif image formats.
